✔ Polyurethane hose for aspiration, suction and pneumatic conveying of wood dust, wood shavings, sawdust, wood chips, light abrasive solids, granules, wood chips, etc.
✔ Hose for woodworking and edging machines, dust collectors and central aspirators.
✔ Aspiration transparent hose with metal spiral for aspiration and suction of air, dust, oils, gas, chemical agents and petrol vapours.
✔ Ventilation transparent hose with metal spiral. Hose for ventilation in industrial ventilation systems.
Material: 100% abrasion, hydrolysis and microbial resistant - Polyurethane ester (PU-Ester).
Colour: Transparent.
Reinforcement: copper-coated steel spiral, embedded in the wall.
Smooth inner layer.
Temperature range: - 40°C to + 100°C (short term up to +125°C).
Properties:
- Very light and extremely flexible hose.
- Highest wear and abrasion resistance class - PU-Ester.
- Resistant to strong vibrations during hose movement.
- Good compressibility.
- Exceptional resistance to mechanical deformation (tensile, puncture, tearing, etc.) - PU-Ester.
- Resistant to hydrolysis and microbes, non-toxic.
- Resistant to chemical agents including oil, petroleum, gas, petrol and petrol fumes.
- Resistant to ozone and UV rays.
- Anti-static polyurethane hose, in accordance with TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34 EU, by spiral grounding.
