Hydraulic hoses are an essential component of any hydraulic system. A key feature of the hydraulic hoses from Dexyflex is their flexibility that allows installation according to the customers’ individual requirements, they could be bent and fit in tight spaces such as edges and corners.

Most of the modern hydraulic hoses consist of three parts: an inner tube, where the liquid passes through, reinforcement for greater strength and durability and outer protective layer. The inner layer  is made of a flexible rubber and is durable against the liquids, passing through the hose. The reinforcement represents a braid, which may be of different materials and different number of layers, depending on the load of liquids that will go through the hose. The outer layer, depending on the conditions of the working environment must be resistant to abrasion, oils and fuels, mechanical influences, etc. Hydraulic hoses are mostly used for oil, fuel and water mixtures transfer and circulation. High quality hydraulic hoses withstand the high temperatures of the passing fluid and the external environment, they are resistant to the internal and external pressure that occurs during the operation.

The hydraulic hoses from Dexyflex we offer are designed for to be used in hydraulic systems , for the transportation of petrol-based liquids, for mineral and hydraulic oils, for pressure washers and steam cleaners when working with low, medium and high pressure.

The hoses are made from special synthetic oil-resistant rubber on the inside and resistant to abrasion, ozone and weather conditions rubber on the outside. That makes them suitable to use in heavy duty. The hydraulic hoses that we offer can have one, two or four steel braids.

In addition to those hoses we provide a wide range of fittings and we perform crimping and assembling of the hoses.
