1. ORDER and PAYMENT - How to order. Payment options.

Choose the most suitable way for you to make an order:

In order to make an online order you need to follow the steps below:
CHOOSE A PRODUCT
Through "Buy", the product goes into your virtual cart (in the cart you can increase the quantity of the selected product). You may continue browsing the store, add more products or proceed to the next step. Articles prices given on the website do not include delivery.
REGISTRATION / DELIVERY DATA
- Possibility for registration.
- Purchase without registration.
- Already logged with your profile.
For registered users the delivery data are stored in the profile and the system will offer them automatically. you want you may change them or add new ones.
If you are not a registered user, please enter the correct delivery data.
Note that the delivery address is the one, where the order will be sent.
FILLING-IN DATA FOR AN INVOICE
An invoice will be issued.
There is an option to choose whether the invoice be issued to a “legal” or “natural” person.
Fill in the data correctly.
REVIEW AND SUBMISSION OF THE ORDER / ACCEPTED ORDER
Review your data of DELIVERY, INVOICE and PAYMENT METHOD.
You have an option to register again if you wish.
Check the boxes for agreement to the Terms and Conditions of Use, the Conditions of sale-trade and the adulthood.
Send your order.
You will receive a message for order being accepted in the e-mail specified by you.
The message for order being accepted will contain:
- Order number.
- Link – for downloading of pro forma invoice in PDF format (for all payment methods).
- Link for payment – for payment by card or through e-Pay.
- Payment code - for payment through Easy Pay.
You can be contacted by an administrator of the e-shop for confirmation of the order and the delivery data. Orders made after 14:00 PM will be executed on the next work day. Saturday and Sunday - holidays -orders are not being processed.
CHOOSE A WAY OF PAYMENT
- Debit or credit card
- Cash on delivery (when this option is available for the particular product).
- Bank transfer
After „review and send order“ you will receive a message for order being accepted in your e-mail. You can make the payment within 7 days from the date of order.
2.DELIVERY - Ways for delivery. Qestions.
0lv for orders above 99lv on the territory of Bulgaria!
- Delivery in Bulgaria will be done by courier company "Econt Express", unless you have chosen a "no delivery" option.
- Deliveries in other countries will be carried out in the following way:
- For Romania - courier company "Econt Express".
- For other countries - according to the particular order.
- You will receive instructions (link on hard paper copy) along with delivery, for downloading of WARRANTY CARD. The warranty of this product is valid only if A WARRANTY CARD has been downloaded.
- The deliveries are consistent with the working hours of the courier company. In case of delays caused by the courier, we are not responsible, but we kindly ask you to inform us in order to improve the service we can offer.
Immediately after delivery, the goods should be examined carefully by you or the person who received them. A person is anyone who is not the holder of the order, but accepts the goods and is at the delivery address indicated. If there are an incorrect or wrong address, contact person and / or phone number when filling in the order we will attempt to contact you.
