The DexyFlex Cardan nozzles are highly resistant couplings that are used in the agriculture, irrigation, cleaning and construction.

The Cardan systems (nozzles or couplings) have a male and a female part. The male part (KVS) has a thick SBR o-ring and a lever system with two locks. This type of construction assures a maximum seal under pressure and vacuum application (suction). The male part is placed in the female part (KMS) and their coupling is done by the locking lever placed above the pointing head of the male coupling.

The seal between the male and the female part lets the Cardan coupling fit tightly and work even under a deviation of up to 30° when it is locked (-15°/+15° axial). The Cardan nozzles are resistant to hitting and abrasion, which prolongs their exploitation life. They are designed to be used under heavy environmental conditions.

The Cardan nozzles and couplings that DexyFlex offers could be used for agricultural trailer equipment, for the connection of special abrasion resistant hoses, sewage cleaning hoses and hoses that are chemical resistant.
