Inner layer: White IIR non-toxic rubber, odorless and tasteless. Phthalate-free.

Reinforcement: High-strength textile braid and steel wire spiral.

Outer cover: Red, corrugated, semi-transparent thermoplastic material with low friction coefficient, resistant to weathering, ozone, and abrasion.

Working pressure: 10 bar.

Bursting pressure: 30 bar.

Temperature range: -40ºC to +120ºC (steam up to 130ºC).

Applications
Designed for suction and delivery of food and beverages such as high-alcohol drinks up to 96°, fatty and non-fatty foods, milk, wine, beer, juices, mineral water, chemicals, conventional detergents, disinfectants, fluids up to +120˚C, steam up to +130˚C, and more.

Sterilization with 5% caustic soda solution and steam at 130ºC for 30 minutes.
Certified for food use according to European standards.

Certifications: Reg. EC 1935/04 and CE 2023/06. Phthalate-free. PAH-free (in accordance with ZEK 01.4-08 Cat. 1). Bisphenol-A free.
Tested for heavy metals. FDA Tit.21 Art.177.2600 aqueous foods. BfR XXI Cat.2 foods. D.M. 21/03/73 water and alcohol up to 96°.
