Hot tar and asphalt hoses

The hoses from Dexyflex for hot tar and asphalt find application for transferring petrol products under high pressure. Also this type of hoses is used for transferring of mixtures containing ethanol, gasoline, oils and other products under high working pressure. This requires the hoses to be manufactured from quality materials and be resistant to mechanical strain.

The hot tar and asphalt hose GOODYEAR PYROFLEX is manufactured to meet the needs of the clients, considering activities including suction or transferring of petrol products and asphalt mixtures. The structure of this hose includes inner layer, outer covering and reinforcement, encompassing the hose, with the purpose of providing more strength, resistance to mechanical influences and prevention of kinks.

The inner layer of the hot tar and asphalt hose GOODYEAR PYROFLEX is made of specific, resistant to fuels and oils, black nitrile synthetic rubber RMA Class A. The outer layer is made from black neoprene synthetic rubber RMA Class A. The inner layer as well as the outer layer is highly resistant to oils. The outer layer ends with a covering. For providing a greater strength and durability, the structure of the hose includes reinforcement, which gives the hose more endurance to bad external conditions. The reinforcement consists of spiral layers made of synthetic fibers with metallic spiral.

The temperature range of exploitation of that hose is from -37˚C to +177˚C.
