HOSE ENDS

• Capped ends: The hose end is covered by a rubber seal to protect the reinforcement from humidity, dirt and corrosion.
• Spiral-free couplings: The steel wire helix stops before the end of the hose to facilitate coupling. Additional textile reinforcement quarantees adequate stre ngth.

Enlarged couplings: This steel-free design has an enlarged end to match the outside diameter of the nipple.

Conical ends: The hose end is manufactured with a conical nozzle.

FITTINGS

• Beaded ends:

A steel ring is built into the hose end and fully encased within the reinforcement. The split flange allows for easy installation. In addition, the hose can be rotated to achieve a longer service life.
 

• Integral rubber flange:

The flange is made of rubber reinforcement with textile plies and a steel ring. This construction allows for full flow and prevents contamination, abrasion and corrosion.

• Integral steel flange and nipple:

The steel nipple is vulcanized into the hose body. This construction can be supplied with fixed or swivel flanges.

• Integral, covered steel flange and nipple:

This design is also available with rubber covered steel flanges and nipples.
